This recipe is absolutely wonderful and very easy to make.  I think the points are about 5 per servings.  It makes about 6 servings, the serving size being almost 2 cups, considering my crockpot is about 2 1/2 quarts.

Chicken Chili

  1      Can           kidney beans, canned -- drained
  1      Can           pinto beans, canned -- drained
  1      Can           garbanzo beans, canned -- drained
  1      can           blackeyed peas, canned -- drained
  1      Can           black bean soup, condensed
  1      Can           fat-free chicken broth
  1      Pound         chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C -- cubed
  1      Can           green chiles -- chopped
  1      cup           salsa
  1      med           onion -- chopped
  2      Tablespoons   chili powder
  1      Tablespoon    cumin
  1      Teaspoon      garlic powder

This is a great crockpot recipe.  Place everything in the crockpot and cook for about 7 hours on low heat.  Serve with a dollop of light or fat free sour cream and  a sprinkle of light Mexican cheese.  Enjoy!!!

This can also be cooked on a stovetop.  Place the chicken, onions, and 1/2 of the broth in a stock pot.  Cook on high for about 15-20 minutes.  Add the other ingredients.  Cover and cook for an additional 20-30 minutes.  Serve with a dollop of light or fat free sour cream and  a sprinkle of light Mexican cheese.  Enjoy!!!
