         4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
          1/2 cup salsa
          season with pepper
          2 Tbls. chopped green onion
          1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (NOT LOW FAT)

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

place chicken breast in glass baking dish

sprinkle each chicken breast with pepper

top each chicken breast with salsa, and bake for 30-35 minutes

the last 10 min. top with cheddar cheese and green onions

I usually bake entire recipe for 40-45 minutes.

Serves 4 -  4 points per serving
