Pronto Vegetable Pasta Marinara

In a microwave 1 qt. Bowl (with lid), combine:

1/4 cup each chopped red and green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cloves of minced garlic

Microwave high 3 minutes

In a saucepan, combine and heat:

Large (16 oz jar at least) of fat free Marinara sauce
vegetables
1/4 cup red or white wine

Serves 40 points per serving

with 1 cup pasta - 3 points

add to sauce and pasta choices of the following:

1 cup shrimp           add 2 points (5 points total)
1 chicken breast, slicedadd 3 points (6 points total) 1 tbls. Parmesan cheese             add 1 point   (4 points total)
