Stuffed Baked Potato Soup

Bake 3 baking potatoes and when cooled, scoop out pulp and mash.

Discard shells.

In a large sauce pan...

boil 1/2 cup chicken broth, then on simmer...

add 1/4 minced onion

add 1 large minced garlic clove

whisk in 3 tbls flour until lumps are gone

Add

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup milk

1/4 tsp. pepper

1-2 dash(es) Tobasco sauce

4 crumbed strips of well cooked (microwave) bacon

simmer

blend in mashed potato

simmer

add 1/4 cup real (Low Fat and No Fat won't work) shredded sharp cheese

add 1/4 cup fat free sour cream

Serves 4   5 points per serving (4 points without bacon, if you must)
