Hello Weight Watcher! My name in Marty Galarneau. I have been a devoted WeightWatcher for over two years and have been a successful Lifetime Member for nearly one year. The 1-2-3 Success program has been the way to go for me and my Weight Watchers partner and husband, Jim Cureton. We attend Monday evening meetings with Wayne.
When I initially joined WW, I looked at this adventure as just another 'temporary diet' to get my weight under control. But within a very short time frame, I realized that this program wasn't really a diet - it was a way to lose weight, keep the weight off and eat healthy all at the same time. I also realized that this was not a temporary way of eating.
I've tried diets that I did lose weight on, but these were temporary fixes and not eating habits that I could sustain for very long. WW has actually shown me that I can eat REAL food and ANY kind of food item. WW is actually the way I will eat for the rest of my life. But this life-sentence comes with a new improved healthy attitude - that when I do overindulge in my eating habits (and I definitely do on occasion), I just need to get back on track the next
day with portion control, drinking water, and writing it down. It works!
