Chicken Parmesian

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, (boneless + skinless)
1/4 cup mozarella cheese
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup bread crumbs (italian style)

Slice chicken breaste in half, filet style.  Dip chicken in egg whites than
dip in bread crumbs.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.  Than add tomatoes to
chicken, spread thin, add cheese on top.  Bake again for another 5-10 minutes
until cheese is melted.
