Fantastic Fusilli from Weight Watchers' Favorite Recipes (1994)

Microwave 2-1/2 minutes on high a mixture of:

1-1/2 cups Broccoli florets or Asparagus tips
1/4 cup each of Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper and Scallions

In a well sprayed sauté pan:

2 tsp. Olive Oil
Add Vegetable mixture
1 Tomato cut into 1/8's
1 tsp. fresh Dill Weed
2 cups cooked Fusilli pasta

Toss and heat.  Transfer to serving platter.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbled Feta or Goat Cheese

Serves 26 points each
