Mushroom Salsa Wrappers (from Simply the Best 1998 cookbook)

In a microwave safe covered dish, combine the following and cook for 2 minutes on high:

1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh salsa

Warm 2 six inch flour tortillas.  Divide mixture and place on each tortilla, wrap and eat.  Great snack.

Serves 22 points each
