Poppy Chicken Salad

In a bowl, combine and refrigerate for 2 hours:

¼ cup fat free Sour Cream
1 tbls Mayonnaise
½  fresh squeezed Lemon
1 cooked and diced skinless and boneless Chicken Breast
1 small cored and cubed Apple
½ cup chopped Celery
¼ cup chopped Scallions
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Serves 24 points each
