I'm Amy Harmatuck and I lost 66 pounds at Wayne's Fairfax Saturday morning Weight Watchers meeting.  It took me 1 year and 5 months to take it off.  I am keeping the weight off for 2 years to date.

Wayne is right -- you will be at goal weight longer than it takes you to get there.

This time, time number five, I joined WW and attended Wayne's Saturday morning Fairfax Weight Watchers meeting.  I lost 35 pounds and I am keeping it off for 2 1/2 years.  I go to Wayne's Saturday morning meetings each week for FREE as a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers.

1-2-3 Success is the easiest plan ever.  You have to go to the meetings and write everything in your Journal to succeed.

Don't let the weight flucuations get you down and you will achieve your goal weight.
