The Members of Wayne's Weight Watchers Meetings
I'm Jill Artman-Boehm and I attend Wayne's Weight Watchers meeting on Saturday morning. I lost 31 pounds in about 28 weeks. Something just clicked the first time I joined Weight Watchers. I always knew the right way to eat, it was just never fun to diet. I thought I would just have to stop eating all the foods I loved. I had almost resigned myself to the fact that I was over 40, and that it was just a fact of life that my metabolism had changed and there was nothing I could do about it. When I saw this picture, taken one year ago, I knew that something had to be done.
I wrote everything down and drank LOTS of water. I have a busy job. I'm in advertising, so I work an average 60 hours a week. I don't have time to go to a gym. I can't run, so I just walk as my exercise. It helps to have a dog....
